Kaiser Plan Changes To Group Agreement

Effective October 1, 2005 there will be a Home Health Care change on CVT's Kaiser Plans. Kaiser will cover only part-time or intermittent home health care as follows:

Up to two hours per visit

Up to three visits per day

Up to 100 visits per calendar year
