CVT provides easy access to the information you need to know about your medical, vision, dental, member assistance program and life insurance benefits for you and your dependents. Whether you're an Active participant or Retiree, we offer excellent online resources any time day or night for answers to commonly asked questions, to look up your benefit information, or to find Web addresses for details directly from the insurance providers.
Any time you have questions or need assistance, we're here to help. Please call our member services team about enrollment, COBRA, benefits, eligibility, or options available to you. The financial services representatives can also offer assistance in areas such as billing, statements and payments. Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
