Employee/Member Assistance Program
Program Overview
The Employee Assistance Program, also known as Member Assistance Program or MAP is available from CVT. EAP/MAP is designed to help participants manage life's challenges and offers among other services: marriage counseling, family problems, alcohol and drug dependency, and stress and anxiety issues.
This is a 24/7 confidential program in which help is available via a toll free number. Clinical counseling that provides assessment, assistance and, when necessary, referral to additional services that may be in person.
The program is administered by Managed Health Network (MHN).
There are no co-payments, deductibles or co-insurance. Eligible participants receive 10 clinical consultations per family unit per benefit period. Other services include: grief counseling, legal services, child and eldercare referral services, online resources on weight loss programs, exercise, nutrition, smoking and other health related topics.
