PacifiCare HMO Plans
Description
PacificCare is one of the largest healthcare companies in the U.S. The six plans offered by CVT plans are administrated as HMOs and require the unit's members live or work in approved PacifiCare zip codes. A unit can choose one of the six plans offered. The PacifiCare plans are a range of co-pays for office visits from no cost to $20. There are six prescription drug options that range in co-pays from $5 for generic and brand drugs to a three tier program of generic, preferred and non-preferred.
