CVT offers a variety of carefully-crafted options for school healthcare benefit packages that will suit the needs of any district or unit regardless of size or location. Choices range from 11 PPO Plans including a Bronze Plan, 4 High Deductible Health Plans (HDHP) and a PPO Wellness Plan. PPO plan choices use either the Anthem Blue Cross or Blue Shield of California network of providers. Five pharmacy plans from CVS/caremark™ are available to mix and match with the PPO Plans.
There is a Kaiser Permanente HMO Wellness Plan and 10 Kaiser Permanente HMO plans, including a Health Savings Account compatible plan and a Bronze Plan. There are also four Blue Shield of California HMO plans and three Anthem HMO plans as well. With this many options, the right plan for your participants can always be found!
In addition, CVT offers dental coverage utilizing the Delta Dental network of providers and Vision Service Plan (VSP) for vision coverage. MetLife group term life insurance and AD&D coverage and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) from Beacon Health Options are also available. With this many choices and options available, district and units can choose the benefits which best meet the needs of the group.
