  2. Enter your Registration Key: CVT2025
  3. Click Register Now and enter other information as prompted
  4. Create a username and password for future use and to access your results online
  5. If you have already registered, enter your username and password on the homepage to sign in

Health screenings at Quest Diagnostics are available to CVT Members at no cost and no physician referral.
